As someone who has always stayed pretty consistent in their sweaters, jeans, and sneakers- this was the perfect opportunity for me to flex my business casual skills. 🙂

Like most men, I have a whole drawer full of amazing accessories and ties that I have acquired over the years.  The problem is that I don’t have nearly as many special occasions.

I wanted to put together a Spring look that was as trendy as it was classic.

Since I am a pretty casual guy- I wanted to pair this tie with one of my favorite suede shirt jackets from Zara!    It is the perfect alternative to blazers and it still gives off the same vibe with a tad more style.

I made these ripped jeans with the help of my roommate a few years ago and they have held up pretty nicely!

All we used was a cheap pair of Forever 21 jeans, a scissor and our dryer!

Denim with cut off bottoms are trendy now, but could go out of style any day, so there isn’t any reason to spend more $$$ than you need to with an easy DIY alternative available. 🙂

As for these glasses- this was actually the last photoshoot I had before I lost them (RIP).  They were my favorite pair of Warby Parker’s but since then I have made the switch to

The glasses are extremely affordable and range from $10- $100 including your lenses!  Also for an additional $10 off your first purchase you can use my code- IFTJK51WUL

I have always been a huge fan of thrifting as you can see from my previous post here.  My family has always loved it and it’s been passed along to me over the years!

My mom found these Gucci loafers for me a few years ago and I really love them, especially with this look.  Shoes and coats are where I invest in quality and when you can get a good deal on great pieces- it’s a win win.  🙂

Ciao for now,
